1. Age & Eligibility

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals to verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour.

• The source and destination of payment must be in the same person's name.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus; total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Wagering example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = bonus winnings can be withdrawn after placing ৳18,000 in bets.
• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games — separate terms apply to each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically authorized.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.

• If collusion or cheating is found, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

kk89 has four VIP tiers for regular players, through which weekly cashback can be earned:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.

• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

In cases of account closure, kk89 will conduct a reasonable investigation, and the account will be reinstated if the user is found to be innocent. All balances may be frozen during the investigation.

11. Limitation of Liability

kk89 is not liable for any losses in the following circumstances:

• If a transaction fails due to server issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Due to service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors or server maintenance.
• If any loss occurs due to issues with the user's own device or software.

12. Dispute Resolution

You may request to close your account at any time. All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If an account is closed while active bonus wagering is in progress, any unused bonuses will be cancelled.
